I am immensely pleased to note that St Paul’s College of Education has become an alma mater for many of our youth and future generations. I warmly welcome all prospective students and parents who have shown an interest in joining our institution.
At this moment, I would like to reflect on the driving philosophy that has guided my journey in education. With over 15 years of experience in managing educational institutions, I firmly believe that the best minds of our nation should dedicate themselves to the field of education. This vision has shaped the ethos and mission of our college, and our motto is to strive untiringly toward this noble objective.
It is not sufficient for a teacher to merely teach well. Rooted in India’s timeless educational heritage—renowned for its wisdom and cultural richness—a teacher must possess a deep passion for the profession. A teacher should serve as a central figure who guides, motivates, supports, and mentors students, while also nurturing their physical and mental well-being.
Our aim is not only to develop academically sound individuals, but to cultivate socially responsible, emotionally intelligent, and compassionate citizens—individuals who find peace in their life pursuits, bring joy to those around them, and show empathy toward fellow human beings.
